Abstract
This project aims to clarify the mechanisms resulting in the collapse and deterioration of ecosystems, and then pave the way to restore and maintain healthier ecosystems by linking sociology, economics and ecology. The study areas are Mongolian grasslands and Malaysia rain forests.
